DAY 1 - Arrival and transfer to Kibale

On arrival, you will be met and received by your driver guide from Breeze Travel Safaris who will then brief you as he transfers you to Kampala for breakfast. After your breakfast, transfer to Kibale forest national park arriving to have your lunch at your lodge. After lunch, relax for the rest of the day into the evening. Dinner and overnight at Primate lodge.

DAY 2 - Chimpanzee tracking

After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the Chimpanzee tracking information office for a pre-briefing by the ranger guide who will then lead you into the rain forest where you will spend most of the morning in search of chimpanzees. These primates are very mobile and viewing them is unpredictable but a forest walk is an enriching activity that starts at 8.00 am taking about 3 hours. This forest is home to a large number of chimpanzees and other primates including Lhoestes, Red-colobus, Blues, Redtailed, grey cheeked mangabeys, birds, and butterflies. The guide will provide detailed explanations on not only primates, but also on all the forest’s fauna and flora. Return to have your lunch and later transfer for a Swamp walk in Bigodi for more primate and bird watching with an opportunity to meet and interact with the local. Return for a relaxed evening, dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge.

DAY 3 -Kibale forest to Bwindi gorilla forest national park

After your breakfast, transfer to Bwindi arriving to have your lunch at Ruhija gorilla Safari lodge. After your lunch, relax for the rest of the day as you enjoy spectacular views of the volcanoes and the impenetrable forest at the comfort of your room balcony. Dinner and overnight at Ruhija gorilla Safari lodge Bwindi.

DAY 4 -Gorilla trekking – Bwindi

After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the gorilla tracking information office for a pre-briefing by the park rangers who will then lead you into the forest trekking this great relatives of ours (Mountain gorillas). The rainforest is dense and is crisscrossed by numerous animal trails. The thrill of spending time and observing the gorillas as they interact with each other is a memorable one. After this day’s gorgeous adventure, you will return for lunch (if not packed), relax and later take a short stoll at leisure around the lodge before dinner

DAY 5 -Entebbe

DAY 1 - Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park

Drive early morning towards the west from Kampala and have a stop over at the equator for photographs, Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain range for much of the journey. DAY 2 - Enjoy Kazinga channel boat cruise.

After a cup of coffee , Embark on an early morning game drive along Kasenyi track and Queens mile in the park and expect to see Lions, Elephants, cape buffalo, Warthogs, leopard, hyena, mangoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, Topi and lots many small animals and birds. After the game drive, proceed to Bwindi via Maramagambo and Ishasha sector. As you drive along the road via Ishasha sector, animals such as the waterbucks, elephant, antelopes, buffalo, kobs, can be seen along the road. Relax around the Forest camp. Dinner and over night at the luxurious Gorilla Forest Camp set deep in the rain forest.

DAY 3 - Do mountain gorilla trekking.

There is an early morning entry into a gorilla sanctuary. The rainforest is spectacular as it offers a dramatic, heavily forested and dense landscape crisscrossed by numerous animal trails, allowing access for tourists. Recorded mammals here include the endangered mountain gorilla, the rare golden monkey, buffalo, elephants, black-fronted duikers, bushbucks, leopards, giant forest hogs as well as other animals. This park is best known for the fascinating gorillas, where the time taken and terrain varies according to the movements of these marvelous primates. The thrill of spending time with and observing these gentle giant gorillas is a rare, moving, awesome and exciting adventure that will leave you with long lasting memories of a truly unique experience. The gorillas are shy and peaceful animals and it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as they play and interact. DAY 4 - Transfer back to Kampala

After breakfast, drive back to Kampala. Head to Kampala having lunch enroute, the drive back to Kampala stops at the Mpigi Royal Drum Makers. Here you will be able to watch the ceremonial drums being crafted using methods passed down through generations. There will also be time to stop at the equator for photographs and you will arrive in Kampala by early evening.

3 days Uganda Wildlife Safari Queen Elizabeth National Park

Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s most popular savanna reserve and has the widest variety of wildlife of any Ugandan park.. The variety of habitats include grassland savanna, forests, wetlands and lakes. This provides the setting for an extensive range of large mammals and primates. Four of the Big five are present and regularly seen. Rhinos are absent.

Wildlife

Leopard sightings are common and the Isasha sector is famous for its tree-climbing lions. Huge herds of buffalo and elephants are found in the savanna areas of the park. An amazing number of hippos inhabit the Kazinga channel on which daily boat trips are conducted. Chimps can be tracked and several antelope and other primate species are present. Giraffe and zebra are absent.

Scenery

The park is set against a backdrop of the Ruwenzori Mountains. Additional scenic points are Kazinga Channel between Lake Edward and Lake George and at least 10 crater lakes. The most accessible part of the park is open savanna, but large forest areas are open to the public. These include the forested Kyambura gorge and the extensive Maramagambo forest in the southeast.

DAY 2 - Queen Elizabeth national park.

After an early morning warm up tea or coffee at 6:30am, you will be transferred for a game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in search of animals like: lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mangoose, waterbucks, kobs and, if lucky, the leopard, and over 606 bird species recorded here, then relax into the lunch break. After lunch, you will be transferred to enjoy a unique two hours boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. This cruise gives you a great opportunity for photography, bird watching and game viewing at close range. Return for an easy evening, dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge.

DAY 3 - Departure

After breakfast, transfer back to Kampala with your parked lunch via Fort Portal Mityana road through Kasese town as you enjoy great views of fabled Rwenzori Mountains with an opportunity to visit the Tooro kingdom palace for a cultural brief; proceed to visit Amabere ga Nyinamwuiru a famous cultural site attached to the Tooro kingdom where we will have our pick nick lunch. If time allows you may also visit the crater lakes before transferring back to Kampala.

Murchison Falls National Park positioned in the north west of Uganda stands as the largest national park in the country stretching to 3,840km. The park is bisected by the famous Nile River that flows 115km with in the park boundaries empting into Lake Albert and the Albert Nile starting a new course that moves out of Uganda through a place called Nimule. The greater Murchison Falls Conservation Area which incorporates the surrounding Bugungu and Karuma Wildlife Reserves stretched over a geographical coverage of 5, 308 sq. km.

The park derives its magical name from the Murchison Falls whose name was bestowed upon it by the famous European explorer Sir Samuel Baker on his Nile expedition from its mouth. The park supports four of the big five Species including lions, leopards, elephants and Buffaloes. The Rhinos used to exist but faced extinction in 1983 but have been re-introduced and they thrive in the neighboring Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary awaiting to be re-introduced in the wild.

Upon arriving in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, you embark on a thrilling White Rhino tracking to encounter the count of fifteen southern white Rhinos that comprise of the adults and young ones. DAY 2 - Get a briefing about the safari then after Start with a morning safari game drive in Murchison Falls National Park, later on take on an afternoon Boat cruise to the bottom of the Mighty Murchison Falls on the great River Nile. Expect Elephants, beautiful sunsets, Giraffes, Birds, Leopards, beautiful Savannah plant species, Crocodiles and Hippos among other attractions.

The Murchison Falls stand as the powerful water fall in the world and it is impressive to encounter the Nile River squeezing itself to pass through a less than seven meters ravine before 43m below to what has been termed as the Devil’s Cauldron forming a plume of Spray and trade mark rain bow.
